Two young men were arrested eventually for murder. One of them admitted his crime but the other insisted that he should be innocent. However, in spite of his denial, the young man was taken to court. I attended the court as an auditor from the first trial to the last and noticed that the point which became at crucial issue in court was reliability of confession and that of witnesses.
