Then, how is it constructed? To describe how it is, we recorded various kinds of interaction in a classroom at primary school. In this thesis, we argue how their gender identity is built and how it is intensified by interaction in a classroom. School children of 11 or 12 years-old considerably seem to hold gender identity. Boys occupy a dominant position during sessions, but, they can not occupy the same potion under different circumstances. Girls are afraid of making mistakes and hesitate to express their opinion during sessions, but, they often fight against boys as a group and are able to win in casual situation. When pupils' gender identity is intensified, interaction with the same sex is important as well as it with the other sex, furthermore, interaction with teachers considerably influences its process. In our research, a class, teacher has a rule such as "look each pupil as individual" and is indifferent toward a category like as gender. But, this indifference makes him betray his own rule, because he is also indifferent to his gender bias. Actually, he constructs typical gender concept and convey it his pupils.}, pages = {39--65}, title = {6年3組ジェンダーエスノグラフィー}, volume = {44}, year = {2003}, yomi = {オオバ , ノブタカ and カワヒラ , ヒロミ} }
