Here I will illustrate the approach with reference to recent literaturs in various subareas of psychology of cognition. The landscape assessment deals with four fundamental factors, that is, (1) historical, cultural, and traditional, (2) social, (3) natural, and (4) personal (Kansei). A definition of landscape assessment was presented as a triangle theory of landscape. In this report, some problems were discussed.
